Terms of use

*Last updated: *11 July 2025

These Terms of Use (“Terms“) form a legally‑binding contract between AMV Consulting LLC (“MeshInspector“, “we“, “us“, “our“) and you (either an individual or the entity you represent) governing your access to and use of https://meshinspector.com and any related sub‑domains (collectively, the “Website“). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

Important: Use of MeshInspector software, APIs, SDKs, or paid services is governed by separate license agreements. In case of conflict, the relevant license agreement prevails over these Terms.

1 Eligibility & user representations

You represent and warrant that you:

  1. are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction;

  2. have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and

  3. will comply with all applicable laws and these Terms when using the Website.

2 Scope of permitted use

The Website and its content (text, graphics, code, downloads, documentation, demos, and branding) are provided for informational purposes only. You may:

  • view pages in a browser, and

  • download or print content solely for your personal, non‑commercial, or internal business reference.

You must not:

  • redistribute, sell, rent, license, or commercially exploit Website content;

  • remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices; or

  • use any automated means (e.g. scraping, mining, robots) without our written consent.

3 Third‑party services & links

The Website may embed or reference third‑party services (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Mixpanel, HubSpot). Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content or practices.

4 Acceptable use policy

You agree not to:

  1. interfere with Website security, integrity, or availability;

  2. upload malware or attempt unauthorised access to any systems;

  3. use the Website to harass, defame, or harm anyone;

  4. misrepresent your identity or affiliation when completing forms; or

  5. engage in any activity that violates applicable law or infringes intellectual‑property rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or block access (see § 11) if you breach this policy.

5 Intellectual property

All Website content and the MeshInspector marks are owned by AMV Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. No license is granted except as explicitly set out in § 2.

6 Privacy & cookies

Use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

7 Disclaimer of warranties

The Website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Your use of the Website is at your sole risk.

8 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMV Consulting LLC and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Website, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed USD 100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

9 Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AMV Consulting LLC and its affiliates from any claim, loss, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Website; (ii) your breach of these Terms; or (iii) your violation of any law or third‑party right.

10 Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, cyber‑attacks, labour disputes, or utility outages.

11 Suspension & termination

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Website (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful. Provisions which by their nature should survive (e.g. §§ 5, 7–10, 13) shall survive termination.

12 Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington (USA), without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Redmond, WA for any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Website.

13 Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on the Website. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Severability & waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.

15 Entire agreement

These Terms, together with any separate licence agreements and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications.
