MeshInspector desktop software, SDKs, and the cloud app (app.meshinspector.com) operate without telemetry or user‑tracking; they do not send personal data to us unless you actively create an account or request support, in which case the relevant end‑user licence or SaaS agreement applies.

Our servers and many processors are in the United States. Where personal information is transferred from the EEA/UK/Switzerland to the US:

For others, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) (Art 46) plus supplementary technical measures (encryption in transit and at rest).
We implement administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including:

AES‑256 encryption at rest;
Cloud WAF and DDoS protection;
Role‑based access control (least privilege);
Mandatory MFA for staff;
Quarterly vulnerability scans & annual third‑party penetration tests;
Incident‑response plan tested at least once per year.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. Typical periods are listed in § 3. When retention ends, data is securely erased or anonymised.
